Hibernate is a very essential feature comes with windows operating systems. But in default, this feature has been disabled and it cannot be enabled by graphical user interface. Following steps show how to enable hibernate in a few simple steps.
1. Open command prompt as administrator.
2. Now type following command and hit enter.
powercfg -h on
Now hibernate feature is enabled.
3. Now right click on desktop and go to personalize
4. Select screen saver.
5. Click on ''Change power settings" in bottom and then click "Change when the computer sleeps" on left side.
5. Now goto "change advanced power settings". In the opened dialog box there is a option called "Allow hybrid sleep". Turn it off.
Now it's done. If you don't continue 3 to 5 steps your computer will go on hibernation whenever you set it to sleep.
